The Gig: We're looking for an ambitious Senior Paid Media Analyst to join our talented Paid Media team in Phoenix. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketeer to work with a varied client base and own multiple paid media channels, campaign strategy, and implementation. You will manage all aspects of paid media account management, establish omni-channel paid media strategy, own client communication, and hit performance goals. You will provide guidance and oversight to more junior team members or peers for client initiatives, work with the client management team to meet reporting deadlines, and aid in relevant discussions. You will own and/or lead campaign research, implementation, analysis, and proactive tactical recommendations. Tasks include but are not limited to channel/platform expansion, budget pacing, report building, performance analysis, keyword research, Ad copy testing, audience research/building, strategic recommendations, and forecasting. You will work with the Manager/Director on existing client opportunities and department-wide deliverables, explore case study opportunities, and actively participate in audience research, tactical recommendations, and strategy proposals for applicable paid media channels for new and existing clients. You will also support in the onboarding of new clients and be responsible for larger client strategic initiatives, delivering to the internal team and/or client, including recommendations regarding budget, bidding, audience, copy & asset, landing page/UX testing, and heavily contribute to annual planning. Additionally, you will participate in new business and marketing initiatives, assist the Manager/Director in pulling competitive data and platform insights for new business opportunities, and engage with Google Marketing Platform while participating in training of new/junior coordinators/analysts on accounts through shadowing.
