About the position

The Senior Paid Media Analyst at IDX is a pivotal role focused on managing and optimizing paid media strategies across various channels. This position is designed for an ambitious digital marketer who will lead campaign strategies, oversee account management, and provide guidance to junior team members. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the ability to drive impactful results for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of paid media account management (75%)
  • Establish omni-channel paid media strategy, own client communication, and hit performance goals
  • Provide guidance and oversight to more junior team members or peers for client initiatives
  • Work with client management team to meet reporting deadlines and aid in relevant discussion
  • Own and/or lead campaign research, implementation, analysis, and proactive tactical recommendations
  • Explore case study opportunities, which includes gathering research and developing client case studies
  • Actively involved in audience research, tactical recommendations, and strategy proposals for applicable paid media channels
  • Support in the onboarding of new clients, across account set-up, billing, paid search audit, etc.
  • Responsible for larger client strategic initiatives and delivering to internal team and/or client
  • Participate in new business and marketing initiatives
  • Assist Manager/Director in pulling competitive data and platform insights for new business opportunities
  • Train new/junior coordinators/analysts on accounts and through shadowing.

Requirements

  • Previous paid media experience, some of which must be in a digital agency environment
  • Knowledge of paid media channels across search, social and programmatic (minimum of 2)
  • Experience with Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and GTM is a plus
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop relevant plans and recommendations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, and Pinterest
  • Awareness of all digital marketing channels and their potential impact on paid media performance.
