The role of Senior Paid Media Manager, App & Performance Marketing is pivotal in expanding the app audience and revenue, allowing professionals to grow their careers at Realtor.com.

Responsibilities

  • Optimization of Core Ad Platforms: Enhance and scale Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and Meta bidding strategies through close collaboration with data science and product marketing teams, driving measurable performance improvements.
  • Channel Strategy & Expansion: Drive app growth by identifying and activating new performance channels, ensuring we reach the right audiences at optimal times.
  • Innovation & Impact: Propel app acquisition and engagement through strategic, data-led experimentation that fosters continuous innovation and tangible business results.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Lead cross-functional meetings with highly technical partners, connecting the dots to inspire collaboration and unify efforts; building trust and alignment to push strategic marketing priorities forward.
  • Transformative Marketing Strategy: Create innovative, full-funnel strategies that redefine app marketing. Champion High-Value Actions (HVAs) to optimize the marketing funnel, partnering closely with CRM and data science to drive sustained user engagement and maximize lifetime value.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct quick, in-depth data analyses, translating key insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and less technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Growth Strategies: Partner with creative teams to design and implement growth-driven marketing strategies that maximize revenue-generating downloads and app installs.
  • Process Optimization: Build and refine processes to streamline efficiencies, ensuring that we operate at peak performance across all campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: 6-8 years managing and optimizing paid media channels with demonstrable success in impacting business outcomes. App marketing experience is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced Analytical Acumen: Exceptional skills in analyzing data to extract meaningful insights that drive impactful decision-making. Expertise in key app and performance media metrics (CPI, CPC, CPM, ROAS) is essential.
  • Problem Solving & Future Focus: Forward-thinking and solution-oriented, bringing a proactive approach to addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Journey Building: Proven experience in developing seamless consumer journeys by working collaboratively with CRM, product, and data science & analytics teams, ensuring a cohesive, data-driven approach to optimizing user engagement and retention.
  • Executive Communication: Skilled at presenting and selling ideas to senior leadership, with experience leading business reviews and presenting annual strategic plans to drive alignment and support.
  • Technical & Analytical Toolset: Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Mobile DSPs, Appsflyer or other MMP), and analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) required. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas, and SQL knowledge a plus.
  • Education: BA/BS in marketing, business, economics, or related field.
