About the position
The Senior Paid Media Manager at Directive Consulting is a pivotal role within the Paid Media team, responsible for overseeing and leading a collection of Paid Media accounts for enterprise clients. This position focuses on creating and executing high-performing paid media strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals, and driving results through effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders. The role requires a deep understanding of paid media principles, particularly in the B2B SaaS sector, and offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the growth and success of clients' marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks and work quality
- Drive referrals via client relationships and professional network
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Ensure personal productivity and utilization
- Work directly with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Requirements
- 4+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency (bonus for B2B)
- Experience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
- Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
- Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
