About the position

Noble's Senior Paid Media Manager (internally referred to as Senior Performance Marketing Manager) is tasked with the planning and management of complex cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, specifically focusing on paid media for assigned clients. This role requires the integration of strategies, tools, and tactics that align with the company's best practices and methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess experience across multiple service lines, ensuring a cohesive and integrated digital marketing approach for our clients. A key aspect of success in this role is the ability to uncover and understand client goals, leveraging strong business acumen and communication skills to align client expectations with team actions. Successful candidates will demonstrate a robust understanding of business problems and the services offered to address these challenges. They will prioritize project activities based on the desired impact, ensuring high-quality work products and client satisfaction. The Senior Paid Media Manager is responsible for the paid media strategy and execution, regularly prioritizing the efforts of a diverse project team to achieve targeted goals. Noble Studios operates in a hybrid work environment, with offices located in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. Core responsibilities include developing strategic plans and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results through a combination of Search, Display, Social/Content Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Analytics, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The Senior Paid Media Manager will partner with key stakeholders, including clients, client success managers, strategic planners, and project managers, to define the vision, scope, and requirements for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring functional and strategic alignment. Conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis will inform campaign decisions, while managing paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) will be crucial. The role also involves optimizing campaign performance through continuous monitoring, A/B testing, and data analysis, as well as managing and allocating paid media budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and return on investment (ROI). Comprehensive reports tracking campaign performance will be generated and presented to clients, and collaboration with the performance marketing team will be essential to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable optimization guidance. Staying updated on the latest paid media trends and technologies will help identify new opportunities for campaign improvement. Leading client discussions and presentations on specific service areas, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and maintaining awareness of time spent versus time planned for campaign execution are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the Senior Paid Media Manager will develop service plans that align team activities with time requirements, recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and support client success managers in business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans and manage digital marketing campaigns for assigned clients that drive measurable results utilizing a combination of Search, Display, Social/Content Marketing, CRO, Analytics, and CRM.
  • Partner with key stakeholders including clients, client success managers, strategic planners, and project managers to clearly define the vision, scope, and requirements for digital marketing campaigns to create functional and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign decisions.
  • Manage paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, A/B testing, and data analysis.
  • Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Generate comprehensive reports that track campaign performance and present insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with the designated performance marketing team to monitor campaign performance for assigned clients, provide recommendations for work prioritization based on impact/effort, and supply actionable optimization guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest paid media trends and technologies and identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Lead client discussions and/or presentations on specific areas of services.
  • Ensure that deliverables for assigned clients created by you and/or the digital marketing team are high quality, impactful and in line with Noble's best practices and methodologies.
  • Maintain awareness of time spent vs time planned for execution of campaigns for assigned clients, informing project managers and other team members as necessary to help manage workloads and maintain financial visibility.
  • Develop service plans, aligning specific team activities with time requirements, to properly scope the department hours required to meet client goals and protect agency profitability.
  • Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support client success managers in business development efforts, performing research and audits, creating reports and presentations and pitching directly to prospects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in both digital and traditional paid media advertising and campaign management, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, journalism or related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • A close eye for details, with the ability to forecast and manage financial and/or monetary aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to client budgets for paid media.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving positive ROI for clients through paid media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising platforms and best practices.
  • A strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ideally, proficient with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite.
