Noble's Senior Paid Media Manager (internally referred to as Senior Performance Marketing Manager) is tasked with the planning and management of complex cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, specifically focusing on paid media for assigned clients. The Senior Paid Media Manager is responsible for the paid media strategy and execution, regularly prioritizing the efforts of a diverse project team to achieve targeted goals. Core responsibilities include developing strategic plans and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results through a combination of Search, Display, Social/Content Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Analytics, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The Senior Paid Media Manager will partner with key stakeholders, including clients, client success managers, strategic planners, and project managers, to define the vision, scope, and requirements for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring functional and strategic alignment. Conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis will inform campaign decisions, while managing paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) will be crucial. The role also involves optimizing campaign performance through continuous monitoring, A/B testing, and data analysis, as well as managing and allocating paid media budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and return on investment (ROI). Comprehensive reports tracking campaign performance will be generated and presented to clients, and collaboration with the performance marketing team will be essential to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable optimization guidance. Staying updated on the latest paid media trends and technologies will help identify new opportunities for campaign improvement. Leading client discussions and presentations on specific service areas, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and maintaining awareness of time spent versus time planned for campaign execution are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the Senior Paid Media Manager will develop service plans that align team activities with time requirements, recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and support client success managers in business development efforts.
