About the position

Trulieve is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in developing and managing a portfolio of Paid Media accounts and marketing campaigns, ensuring that our efforts align with the company's mission of providing compassionate care to our patients. The Senior Paid Media Manager will work closely with media vendors and Digital Marketing Managers to create effective strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive patient engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining proactive communication with vendors regarding campaign progress and performance. You will develop multi-channel, fully integrated Paid Digital Marketing campaigns that are data-driven and result-oriented. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you leverage various tools to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. You will also be tasked with executing and analyzing monthly paid media metrics, budgets, and reports, ensuring that our marketing efforts are both effective and efficient. The Senior Paid Media Manager will collaborate with local market teams to address region-specific challenges and will coordinate with key media partners to conduct regular business reviews. This position requires a strong understanding of both established and emerging social platforms, as well as the ability to recommend new tactics and approaches to inform our broader marketing strategy. Responsibilities

  • Maintain ongoing, proactive, and consistent communications with vendors on campaign progress, performance, and problem resolution.
  • Develop multi-channel, fully integrated Paid Digital Marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Make data-driven decisions resulting in tangible improvements in performance.
  • Leverage on and offline tools to carry out analysis and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Media accounts.
  • Develop ongoing programmatic ad campaigns and refine them to improve ROI based on data analysis.
  • Test and analyze paid search ad copy to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Execute and analyze monthly paid media business metrics, budgets, and reports.
  • Research and evaluate paid marketing efforts and identify new campaign opportunities.
  • Track paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword developments, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with local market teams on region-specific challenges and have a strong knowledge base of the region.
  • Coordinate with key media partners to develop regular business reviews.
  • Articulate and educate on paid media optimizations for improved acquisition performance.
  • Recommend new paid media tactics, concepts, partners, and approaches to inform broader marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Digital Marketing Certifications a plus.
  • 5+ years with cross-channel paid media experience including a combination of performance marketing planning.
  • Expertise with major search engines: Google, Bing, Safari.
  • Experience with Double-click and deep knowledge of programmatic ad buying within multiple DSPs.
  • Deep knowledge of established & emerging social platforms.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
