About the position

The Senior Paid Media Manager at Trulieve is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of paid media accounts and marketing campaigns. This role involves liaising with media vendors and Digital Marketing Managers to create effective paid media strategies that enhance patient care through targeted marketing efforts. The position requires a strong analytical mindset to drive data-driven decisions and improve campaign performance, while also fostering relationships with key media partners.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ongoing, proactive, and consistent communications with vendors on campaign progress, performance, and problem resolution.
  • Develop multi-channel, fully integrated Paid Digital Marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Make data-driven decisions resulting in tangible improvements in performance.
  • Leverage on and offline tools to analyze and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Media accounts.
  • Develop ongoing programmatic ad campaigns and refine them to improve ROI.
  • Test and analyze paid search ad copy to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Execute and analyze monthly paid media business metrics, budgets, and reports.
  • Research and evaluate paid marketing efforts and identify new campaign opportunities.
  • Track paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword developments, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with local market teams on region-specific challenges.
  • Coordinate with key media partners to develop regular business reviews.
  • Educate on paid media optimizations for improved acquisition performance.
  • Recommend new paid media tactics, concepts, partners, and approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Digital Marketing Certifications a plus.
  • 5+ years with cross-channel paid media experience including a combination of performance marketing planning.
  • Expertise with major search engines: Google, Bing, Safari.
  • Experience with Double-click and deep knowledge of programmatic ad buying within multiple DSPs.
  • Deep knowledge of established & emerging social platforms.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
