Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for the litigation functions of the Legal Department.
• Supervise other paralegals and/or legal assistants.
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, discovery, and document productions.
• Calender court deadlines and research court rules.
• Assist in state and federal litigation, including court filings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a law firm or company setting performing legal tasks.
• Familiarity with state and federal litigation, including court filings.
• Experience in preparing pleadings, briefs, discovery, and document productions.
• Ability to calendar court deadlines and research court rules.

Nice-to-haves

• Some college preferred.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
