Responsibilities

• Support attorneys by drafting and filing legal documents.
• Conduct research on case law and regulations.
• Manage case files and coordinate document production.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with deposition preparation and trial briefs.
• Attend court hearings and legal proceedings.
• Handle administrative tasks to support attorneys and firm management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate.
• 3 years of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal research and document management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.
