The Partner Management team is responsible for the relationship between Amazon and our payment processors across the globe. In this role, you will possess the drive and attention to detail that transforms your vision into reality. You must be able to communicate well with all areas and levels within the company. You will work with key clients and stakeholders across Amazon, including software development, security, operations, product management, and partnering enterprise teams. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in a fast-paced, demanding environment, have a payments background, and have experience managing teams that drive operational excellence by influencing others. You will have direct responsibility for the management and development of 5+ program managers while interacting with global colleagues to ensure strong performance of this key team within Amazon's Payments Operations. You will manage operational relationships with third-party partnerships and internal customers, driving large-scale initiatives to improve customers' payments experience. Your leadership will be crucial in prioritizing and directing the team to ensure that key metrics and SLAs are met and improved. You will also identify operational gaps in new offerings and set operational requirements for new projects, building key business relationships to understand challenges and opportunities. This role is both strategic and hands-on, and you will be expected to demonstrate significant annual efficiency improvements.
