About the position

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Dynatrace is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with major global systems integrator (GSI) partners. This role focuses on creating demand and awareness for joint offerings, while also managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The position is pivotal in shaping the future of strategic alliance marketing at Dynatrace, emphasizing metrics for success based on key persona engagement and pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute marketing plans that support the overall strategy and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Strategic Alliance marketing requests, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and own the marketing plan.
  • Drive the development of joint value propositions and foundational marketing assets for Strategic Alliances.
  • Identify and develop joint communications, demand generation, and thought leadership opportunities for regional teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Strategic Alliance partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the partner marketing budget to align with strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive experience in Partner Marketing, preferably within the Tech industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful partner marketing programs with GSIs.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with key partners.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
