Responsibilities

  • Receive feedback from Sales and Partner teams to help define strategic projects and process improvements to ensure an easy engagement model for Partners selling Wiz.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to support operational programs aligned to the overall organizational strategy.
  • Manage scalable 'run the business' activities of the Partner organization specifically Cloud Service Provider Program Management, Marketplace Private Offer transaction support, Reporting, and other tools aligned to the CSP route to market.
  • Be responsible for the data integrity in Salesforce of all data relating to the Cloud Service Provider Partner programs and processes.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of experience supporting Partner operations activities, ideally at SaaS and/or Enterprise-focused organizations.
  • Experience implementing programs and processes that scale; a willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' to get work done as the organization grows.
  • Comfortable with being flexible in responsibilities as the organization grows and our routes to market expand. Willing to support the evolving needs of the business.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Tackle.io, AWS/GCP/Azure portals is a must, experience with Tableau.
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels and from a variety of functions.
