About the position

The Senior Partner Product Manager at McAfee will drive growth for McAfee Products and Solutions through strategic OEM partnerships. This role involves shaping joint Go To Market models, co-defining partner roadmaps, managing relationships with partner counterparts, and aligning product plans with McAfee's overall product roadmap. The position is remote and requires a candidate based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Establish technical and business objectives to address partner requirements.
• Influence OEM partners to adopt McAfee product strategy.
• Work on new use cases and GTM models to grow the customer base.
• Collaborate across McAfee functions to drive innovation and deliver on partner commitments.
• Address product needs in a data-driven manner to impact McAfee's roadmap.
• Deliver high-impact presentations to partners at all levels.
• Lead a prioritized roadmap and deliver clear product requirements for technical and non-technical groups.

Requirements

• Eight plus years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Technical Account Management, preferably in a B2B model.
• Experience presenting to partners and executives about new products and technical opportunities.
• Experience in research, validation, and prioritizing requirements.
• Strong technical acumen and data-driven approach to measure project health.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, Windows ecosystem, and cloud platforms.
• Fluency in English with high proficiency in writing and facilitating communications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience delivering consumer software product solutions to OEMs including monetization.
• Experience in cyber security products.
