About the position

The Senior Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in the Commercial organization by cultivating strategic partnerships to drive growth and advance the company's vision. This position involves identifying, securing, and managing commercial partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits for both ESW and its partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver capable of thinking creatively to enhance partnership outcomes and support business development efforts in targeted verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and run existing and new partner accounts, magnetizing relationships.
  • Expand and diversify strategic partnerships in conjunction with the sales team and the broader ESW team to increase ESW's new accounts pipeline and existing collaborations.
  • Develop systems and procedures to support identifying, engaging, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Identify partner decision makers who can influence roadmaps to have ESW solutions included in their ecosystems and partner with the internal sales organization to drive partnerships forward.
  • Communicate regularly with partners as their point of contact, keeping them engaged, constantly thinking about ESW, selling and integrating our services/solutions.
  • Initiate, maintain, and grow strategic relationships, including developing new partnerships that bring value to our core markets to advance our mission.
  • Be involved in negotiating and structuring partnerships, working cross-functionally with other team members.
  • Explain and sell the product and its value in several different arenas and events (conventions, panels, and forums) with the market, with prospective customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Validated experience in e-commerce sales and partnerships management.
  • Significant experience in business development and building new and existing strategic relationships.
  • Proven record in crafting and leading large scale strategic partnerships in the logistics and/or e-commerce sectors.
  • Ability to handle a multitude of diverse responsibilities and work independently to achieve desired results; have good judgment and an eye for business.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express sophisticated business and technology issues in a clear way.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce sectors.
