About the position
Warbird is seeking an experienced Senior Payor Relations Specialist with experience in complex managed care contract negotiations for hospitals. This person must be a subject matter expert regarding complex claims issues while developing relationships with various payors.
Requirements
- No less than 5 years of experience in the area of provider relations
- Strong understanding of hospital reimbursement methodologies
- Strong understanding of activities, practices, tools and considerations for managing the claims adjustment process.
- Experience with contract modeling software
