About The Position

The Senior Payroll Coordinator at Sodexo is responsible for payroll service delivery for a large employee population across the United States. This hybrid role involves managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing customer service support. The position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in payroll systems, particularly ADP/COS, while also offering opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a payroll production environment processing multi-state pay.
  • Knowledge of state regulatory/compliance laws preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Accounting or banking experience is helpful.
  • Experience with ADP/COS application preferred.
  • Strong communication skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll service delivery for a 125,000-employee population.
  • Process pay data and deductions, including exception payments and immediate termination pay calculations.
  • Perform payment reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
  • Provide issue support for business operations and customer service/call desk responsibilities.
