About the position

As a Senior Payroll Manager at Ping Identity, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the payroll operations for our rapidly growing technology company. This position requires a highly motivated and energetic individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team. You will be responsible for managing payroll processes across various regions, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Your expertise in both domestic and foreign payroll will be essential as you navigate the complexities of payroll management in a global environment. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Payroll and will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing. You will lead a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all payroll-related tasks are executed efficiently. This includes managing payroll schedules, processing payroll transactions, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining payroll records and ensuring that all payroll data is secure and confidential. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments, including Human Resources and Finance, to ensure that payroll practices align with company policies and procedures. You will also be involved in the implementation of payroll systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
