Responsibilities

• Processing biweekly payrolls for multi-state employees, including both exempt and non-exempt staff.
• Acting as a mentor and go-to resource for other payroll specialists.
• Supporting the payroll manager in resolving complex payroll challenges.
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly without losing accuracy.
• Ridiculous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional outcomes.

Nice-to-haves

• Background working in education and/or a high volume temporary staffing company.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and/or Xero.
