About the position

The Senior People Technology and Services Analyst at PlayStation will play a critical role in enhancing the Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting initiatives for Learning & Development. This position involves managing system enhancement projects, collaborating with global partners, and acting as a Product Owner for LMS and Talent Systems configurations. The role requires a solid understanding of learning workflows and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project portfolio related to Absorb Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Oversee maintenance and enhancements of LMS and globalize business processes.
  • Assist in supporting other systems such as Workday HCM and Greenhouse Recruiting.
  • Meet regularly with global TED partners to prioritize enhancements for their regions.
  • Assist partners in understanding new enhancements by managing bi-annual Workday Releases.
  • Present relevant new features and updates to the PTS team and senior management.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose changes to improve LMS processes.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to maintain and improve system integrations between Absorb LMS and other HR systems.
  • Act as Product Owner for LMS and Talent Systems configurations, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into system requirements.
  • Create test scripts and lead testing efforts, providing Hypercare support.
  • Design, configure, and maintain talent systems business processes.
  • Leverage 3rd party technology consultants to implement leading practice solutions.
  • Assist with ServiceNow tickets for application support, including incident triage and documentation of findings.
  • Participate in multi-functional HR projects and develop training materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Absorb or a comparable LMS.
  • 5+ years of Workday functional experience (configuration, security, custom reports, EIB).
  • 7+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Global HCM experience to understand the complexities of different regions.
  • High attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Superb communication skills, able to convey information to both technical and business audiences.
  • Basic understanding of business applications and IT integration touchpoints.
