About the position

The Senior Performance Manager (Talent Acquisition Client Delivery Leader) at AMS is responsible for optimizing operational performance and ensuring contractual SLAs are met for a large account across multiple geographies. This hybrid role involves analyzing performance metrics, driving continuous improvement, managing financial planning, and developing team members. The position requires collaboration with senior stakeholders and the Client Services Team to enhance operational excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the Client Services Team's delivery against key performance metrics to optimize operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain business plans, recruitment plans, and organizational structures in collaboration with senior client contacts.
  • Manage the scope, governance, and compliance of contracts through team activity.
  • Develop SLAs, targets, and budgets related to recruitment services and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead teams in delivering against targets, budgets, and SLAs.
  • Support managers in resolving complex client issues and enhancing AMS' reputation.
  • Identify business development opportunities and engage with the Client Director.
  • Custodian of the client's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Analyze performance drivers and develop Continuous Improvement plans with CST leaders.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators and analyze data to identify trends and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with process documentation and change control governance.
  • Review and co-create financial forecasts and manage the P&L for the account.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience leading recruitment teams.
  • Overall 10+ years experience at a Director level.
  • Experience managing/ownership of the P&L.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing large teams with direct and indirect reports.
  • Excellent data analysis and storytelling skills.
  • Thorough understanding of legislation affecting recruitment practices.
