About the position

The Senior Personal Assistant will support a principal in New York City by managing personal needs, health monitoring, scheduling, and travel arrangements. This role requires a high level of discretion and the ability to work independently while providing comprehensive support in both personal and professional capacities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the principal's personal needs and well-being.
  • Monitor health and provide regular reports.
  • Pack and unpack for trips.
  • Manage the principal's schedule and calendar.
  • Remind and prepare for meetings.
  • Research activities and events.
  • Schedule both business and personal appointments.
  • Coordinate travel plans.
  • Run errands and provide light pet care.
  • Occasionally prepare simple meals.
  • Support other household staff as needed.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
