About The Position
The University of Iowa Health Care, Department of Pharmaceutical Care, is seeking a full-time Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our ACT Circle Pharmacy team. This position provides specialized support to the Ambulatory Care Pharmacies, with primary support to UI Health Care - ACT Circle Pharmacy which is planned to open in Spring 2025. This pharmacy will provide several services for patients including the fulfillment and shipping of medications. Under general supervision of a pharmacist, this position coordinates and performs technical activities in the pharmacy. Under general supervision of a technician supervisor, carries out activities associated with training and coordination of Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Student Technician responsibilities.
