About the position

The Senior Physician & APP Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for physicians and advanced practice providers, from sourcing candidates to extending offers. This role collaborates closely with HR and leadership to meet talent acquisition needs, ensuring a professional candidate experience and maintaining strong relationships with hiring leaders. The recruiter will also engage in workforce planning, develop sourcing strategies, and assist with onboarding and relocation services.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment activities from sourcing to offer for physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Collaborate with HR & AMG Leaders and hiring leaders to address Talent Acquisition needs.
• Provide consultative services including workforce planning and establishing service level agreements.
• Maintain excellent relations with hiring leaders and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Attract and identify candidates to fill positions and manage the interview process.
• Conduct interviews and guide newly hired employees through the onboarding process.
• Coordinate relocation services for new hires.
• Ensure consistency of employer brand to attract diverse top talent.
• Source, assess, and select qualified applicants for open searches.
• Network and cultivate a talent pipeline creatively and effectively.
• Assist HR Leadership with strategic projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Certification as a Professional Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, Certified Strategic Work Force Planner (SWP), and/or Certified Employee Retention Profession (CERP).
• 5 years of experience in Physician Recruitment with an emphasis on recruitment, retention, and employment compliance.
