About the position

The Senior Pipeline Project Manager at Worley is responsible for overseeing and managing pipeline projects in the energy sector, including oil & gas, water, CO2, and H2. This role involves integrating various project aspects such as resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, while ensuring the delivery of safe and reliable energy sources. The position requires extensive experience in project management and a strong understanding of pipeline systems and associated facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive integration of existing local resources into pipeline projects.
  • Identify gaps in local skills and coordinate support from other offices.
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients and manage client relationships.
  • Work with Business Development to develop new client relationships and opportunities.
  • Assemble and lead multidiscipline project teams including engineering, permitting, and construction.
  • Ensure project requirements for safety, scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
  • Evaluate and report project performance to clients and internally.
  • Assist in developing total installed cost estimates and conduct evaluations of material and construction bids.
  • Manage multiple-project programs for key clients and oversee additional project managers as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in a project management role.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in oil/gas, water, CO2, H2 pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or related Engineering from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Pipeline field and construction experience desired.
  • Operating Company experience is a plus.
  • P.E. and/or P.M.P. registration is preferred.
  • Experience in production/treating facilities, well tie-ins, compression stations, terminals, meter runs, or launcher/receivers desired.
