About the position

The Senior Pipeline Project Manager at Worley Group Inc. is responsible for overseeing and managing pipeline projects in the energy sector, including oil & gas, water, CO2, and H2. This role involves integrating resources, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring quality across various engineering and construction phases. The position requires extensive experience in project management and a strong understanding of pipeline systems and associated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive integration of existing local resources into pipeline projects.
• Coordinate and retain accountability for support from other offices to meet project requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients and manage client relationships.
• Work with Business Development staff to develop new client relationships and opportunities.
• Lead multidiscipline project teams including engineering, permitting, survey, construction, startup, and commissioning.
• Ensure project requirements for safety, scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
• Evaluate and report project performance to clients and internally.
• Assist in developing total installed cost estimates and conduct evaluations of material and construction bids.
• Manage multiple-project programs and oversee additional project managers as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in a project management role.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in oil/gas, water, CO2, H2 pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or related Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Pipeline field and construction experience desired.
• Operating Company experience is a plus.
• P.E. and/or P.M.P. registration is preferred.
• Experience in production/treating facilities, well tie-ins, compression stations, terminals, meter runs, tie ins, or launcher/receivers.
