About the position

The Senior Pipeline Project Manager at Worley is responsible for overseeing and managing pipeline projects in the energy sector, including oil & gas, water, CO2, and H2. This role involves integrating resources, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring quality across various engineering and construction phases. The position requires extensive experience in project management and a strong understanding of pipeline systems and associated facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive integration of existing local resources into pipeline projects.
  • Utilize local teams in the Denver office for effective project implementation.
  • Identify skill gaps in local resources and coordinate support from other offices.
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients and manage client relationships.
  • Lead multi-discipline project teams including engineering, permitting, and construction.
  • Ensure project requirements are met in terms of safety, scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Evaluate and report project performance to clients and internally.
  • Assist in developing total installed cost estimates and conduct evaluations of bids.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and oversee additional project managers as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in a project management role.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in oil/gas, water, CO2, and H2 pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or related Engineering from an accredited college or university.

Nice-to-haves

  • Pipeline field and construction experience.
  • Operating Company experience.
  • P.E. and/or P.M.P. registration.
  • Experience with production/treating facilities, well tie-ins, compression stations, terminals, meter runs, tie ins, or launcher/receivers.
