About the position

The Honeywell Senior Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and optimizing an offering portfolio strategy focused on electrification solutions and sustainability. This role involves crafting strategies based on customer insights and market intelligence to enhance the product portfolio's market position and financial return throughout its lifecycle. The Senior Portfolio Manager collaborates with various cross-functional departments to maximize growth and aid customers in achieving sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and customer segmentation to identify portfolio gaps and opportunities.
  • Define and prioritize portfolio investments based on strategic fit and financial viability.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  • Drive product innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product portfolio.
  • Conduct financial analysis and budget management to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on portfolio strategy and performance.
  • Present portfolio strategies and performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and portfolio analysts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
  • Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience managing BESS and/or Solar PV products.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and financial analysis.
