About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) in Consumer and Small Business Banking, as part of Branch Banking. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with affluent consumers and small business clients. The Senior Branch Premier Banker will proactively acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach and pre-planned appointments. This position requires a deep understanding of Wells Fargo's banking, credit, and investment financial solutions, enabling the banker to advise customers on various financial options and services tailored to their needs. In this role, the Senior Branch Premier Banker will review and analyze moderately complex customer concerns, applying resolution protocols to address issues effectively. The banker will also be responsible for identifying client needs and goals related to business, mortgage, retirement, and investment services, collaborating closely with peers in Business Banking Advisory Services, Mortgage, and Wealth and Investment Management to provide comprehensive solutions. Risk management is a critical aspect of this position, as the banker must adhere to policies, procedures, and compliance regulations while managing client relationships. The position involves collecting and analyzing customer information regarding income, assets, investments, and credit to develop customized financial plans. Building relationships with branch colleagues and partners is essential for acquiring, deepening, and retaining customer relationships. The Senior Branch Premier Banker will also provide guidance to other branch employees, helping them develop their skills in managing client needs. This role requires ongoing education and licensing, including the completion of the Branch Banking Licensed Banker licensing program, and may involve studying for additional licenses such as Series 7 and Series 66. Overall, this position is pivotal in ensuring that Wells Fargo's affluent customers receive personalized financial advice and services that align with their financial goals, while also contributing to the branch's success and compliance with regulatory standards.
