About the position

As a Senior Principal Architect in IT Data & Analytics focusing on SAP OTC at Stryker, you will play a crucial role in the SAP ERP transformation program. Your expertise will be essential in managing master and transaction data objects, ensuring accurate and secure data migration into SAP S4 ERP. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver value and support a data-driven culture within a diverse and cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SAP ERP transformation program IT team and business stakeholders to define and deliver master and transaction data objects for data migration into SAP S4 ERP.
• Lead design sessions with IT, business, and Enterprise Data Governance teams.
• Provide functional support during data design, focusing on source to target mapping and business transformation rules.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for Data Objects with the Data Migration team.
• Finalize key data functional requirements, including transformation and compliance requirements.
• Present data-related Change Requests in Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and assess data impacts.
• Deliver required documentation and artifacts as per global IT frameworks, including Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs).
• Ensure compliance of solution implementation with data architecture and governance expectations.
• Advocate for enterprise information management best practices and support a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP S4 and ECC full life-cycle implementations in SAP Order to Cash process.
• Experience integrating SAP with Field Inventory Management systems and non-SAP peripheral systems.
• Experience working with third-party IT vendors and IT system solution providers.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in MIS or MBA.
• Certification in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
• Experience with SAP MDG projects and understanding of SAP MDG concepts.
• Knowledge in designing Data & Information Flow diagrams and architectures within SAP ERP ecosystem.
• Exposure to various data modeling techniques such as Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and entity-relationship (ER) diagrams.
