The Senior Principal Consultant - Cloud Developer/Engineer is an experienced consulting professional responsible for implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. This role requires a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and technology designs. The consultant operates independently, delivering quality work products and performing complex tasks that require independent judgment. The position may involve leading solution design and implementation, ensuring high-quality software solutions within time and budget constraints, and participating in business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality work products to engagements independently.
• Implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
• Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
• Deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
• Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements.
• Act as team lead on projects, providing coaching and guidance to team members.
• Consult effectively with management of customer organizations.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience including 3-4 years of consulting experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
• Ability to travel as needed.
