About the position

The Senior Principal Consultant, Cloud Supply Chain will lead and oversee the support functions for Oracle cloud applications and Managed Services for Oracle Fusion Cloud customers. This role is responsible for Oracle Cloud Fusion Release management, production configuration, and support for the SCM modules of Procurement, Self-Service Requisition, Inventory, Product Hub, Cost Management, Manufacturing, and Planning Central. The consultant will implement Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning Modules for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools and Microsoft projects. Additionally, the consultant will work with business stakeholders to ensure SOX compliance for audits and will be responsible for Change Request Management, ensuring proper Risk Analysis/Root Cause Analyses, and implementation of proper documentation and testing. The role includes preparing Resource and Timeline estimates for new Oracle Cloud Fusion Modules, including implementation and enhancements, and managing support issues through the Service Now portal, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met for issue resolution and preparation of SLA reports for customer and internal management reporting. The consultant will also conduct Requirement Gathering, As-Is and To Be Analysis for Oracle Inventory, Cost Management, and Enterprise Asset Management, mapping business requirements to Oracle, and working with Oracle E-Business Suite Releases, Microsoft Project, and AIM Methodology for project management. Furthermore, the consultant will work with Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Structure and Data Flow, Design, Development, Integration, and SQL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Information Technology or related position involving Oracle ERP tools.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion and project management including Oracle Purchasing, Inventory, and Cost Management.
