Our Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) team plays a crucial role in integrating, verifying, and validating our products to ensure they perform effectively in real-world scenarios. We develop comprehensive plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, and create test environments that allow us to measure and analyze performance. Our goal is to ensure that our products work flawlessly from the first attempt. We are currently seeking a Senior Principal Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Engineer to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. In this role, you will collaborate with program management and various teams to ensure that user and system functions operate correctly. This position requires a deep understanding of Vehicle, Space & Communications, and the intelligence needs of end users. You will assist in documenting and defining all test and integration events, ensuring that all test-related requirements, interfaces, and results are clearly understood and tracked. The successful candidate will be adept at gathering artifacts and analyzing results to support our mission. As part of the SI&T team, you will work in an Agile, DEVSecOps environment, contributing to the overall test strategy, including the development of plans and procedures. Your responsibilities will include integrating software and hardware, troubleshooting and debugging issues, developing automated test scripts, and managing documentation. You will also conduct performance and risk analyses, lead a team of Systems Integration & Test Engineers, and define and execute system integration tests. Collaboration across disciplines and effective communication with stakeholders will be essential to ensure the system operates as designed and to address any issues that arise.
