About the position

The Senior Privacy Analyst will join the Model e EVDD privacy engineering team, focusing on supporting connected vehicle data privacy. This role is pivotal in protecting customer digital privacy by implementing privacy-by-design principles, governance solutions, and investigating privacy issues. The analyst will collaborate with a diverse team of software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists, as well as various partners across the organization, including TPM, Product, Business, Legal, and the Privacy Office.

Responsibilities

  • Drive privacy-by-design initiatives for the EVDD organization.
  • Implement privacy governance solutions throughout the software and data life-cycle.
  • Investigate privacy issues and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists to enhance data privacy.
  • Develop algorithms and engineering implementations to mitigate risks associated with data collection.
  • Build 0-1 solutions that impact all connected vehicle software and data.

Requirements

  • Experience in privacy engineering or data privacy management.
  • Strong understanding of privacy governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in developing algorithms related to data privacy.
