• Develop and lead projects to address larger challenges in collaboration with maintenance and cross-functional teams.
• Establish, manage, audit, and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to optimize workflows and production outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of polymer processes and applications in manufacturing.
• Proven experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of process engineering experience.
