The Senior Process Engineer, Industrial Water, will play a crucial role in this mission by leveraging their industrial process, application, and operations experience. This position is based in Blue Ash, Ohio, and supports project proposals and applications across the US and Canada, focusing on the US North Region. The candidate will engage with various markets, including Manufacturing, Energy, Power, Food and Beverage, Hi-Tech, Mining, and Pharma. The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for networking with engineering, environmental, and water professionals to execute technical projects and drive business development initiatives. This role involves evaluating, selecting, specifying, and engineering systems or products for projects, performing calculations, creating design sketches, preparing reports, and conducting fieldwork. The projects will vary in scope, requiring the engineer to analyze them for safety, reliability, resource efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The engineer will also assist in developing detailed proposals for diverse project settings. Key responsibilities include performing business development tasks, managing proposals, engaging in client meetings, and collaborating with multiple business lines. The engineer will conduct complex engineering design tasks, develop design documents, perform engineering calculations, and prepare feasibility studies. They will also lead project construction specifications, coordinate quality assurance and control, and assist in the permitting process. The role requires mentoring and supervising staff, managing project scope, budget, and schedule, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a high-performance team environment. They should have a solid understanding of project document production, regulatory approval processes, and local jurisdictional codes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software is essential, along with a Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within twelve months.
