The Senior Process Engineer, Industrial Water, will play a crucial role in this vision by supporting project proposals and applications across the US and Canada, particularly focusing on the US North Region. This position requires a highly motivated individual with industrial process, application, and operations experience to engage in various markets including Manufacturing, Energy, Power, Food and Beverage, Hi-Tech, Mining, and Pharma. The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for networking with engineering, environmental, and water professionals to execute technical projects and drive business development initiatives. This role involves evaluating, selecting, specifying, and engineering systems or products for projects, performing calculations, creating design sketches, preparing reports, and conducting fieldwork. The projects will vary in scope, requiring the engineer to analyze them for safety, reliability, resource efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The engineer will also assist in developing detailed proposals for diverse project settings. Key responsibilities include performing business development tasks, managing proposals, engaging in client meetings, and collaborating with multiple business lines. The engineer will conduct complex engineering design tasks, develop design documents, perform engineering calculations, and prepare feasibility studies. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior staff, managing project scope, budget, and schedule, and ensuring quality assurance and control on assigned projects. The engineer will also be involved in the permitting process and will coordinate with regulatory reviews to seek final approvals.
