About the position

The Senior Process Engineer in Vector Process Development and MS&T will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of vector processes, ensuring high-quality production and compliance with industry standards. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of vector processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct process validation and troubleshooting to enhance efficiency.
• Implement best practices in process engineering and development.
• Prepare and review technical documentation related to process development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of vector production processes and technologies.
• Experience with process validation and regulatory compliance.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with gene therapy or viral vector production.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
