The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for managing projects and staff across Page's Industrial sector in the following areas: process systems, process-mechanical, Bulk Gas delivery and UHP (VHP/Gas/Chemical), Industrial Waste lift, collection and treatment, and UPW (make-up, primary, and polish loop) systems for multiple ongoing projects through all phases including programming, schematic, design development, construction documents, construction administration, and project close-out. This role will involve building our team by recruiting, mentoring, and assisting project teams, championing technical growth in our engineering teams, and assisting in developing business plans to support strategic growth forecasts, progressively building year upon year. The Senior Process Engineer will also assist in managing the Process Engineering staff and champion growth in the Industrial market specifically in the Phoenix area, as well as the US western region and abroad. The ability and willingness to travel to domestic sites as well as internationally is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and staff across Page's Industrial sector.
  • Oversee process systems, process-mechanical, Bulk Gas delivery, and UHP systems.
  • Handle Industrial Waste lift, collection, and treatment systems.
  • Manage UPW systems for multiple ongoing projects through all phases.
  • Recruit, mentor, and assist project teams.
  • Champion technical growth in engineering teams.
  • Assist in developing business plans for strategic growth forecasts.
  • Manage the Process Engineering staff.
  • Promote growth in the Industrial market, particularly in the Phoenix area and the US western region.
  • Travel to domestic and international sites as required.

Requirements

  • BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 15+ years of experience with process, waste, and ultrapure water (UPW) systems in the semiconductor or advanced technology industries.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the U.S. preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, Pipe-Flo, Caesar or Autopipe pipe stress software, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interface.
