Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day engineering support for manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain safety, product quality/yield, and manufacturing effectiveness through troubleshooting and resolution of process difficulties.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes for sustainable gains in cost-effectiveness and product performance.
  • Implement capital projects, statistical analysis, designed experiments, and procedural changes.
  • Collaborate with customers on technical and quality issues, providing special products as needed.
  • Resolve problems and develop new products, overseeing their startup and integration into existing processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with engineering software.
