About the position

The Senior Process Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting production processes and optimizing operations within the engineering branch. This position involves providing process engineering support, preparing engineering deliverables for investment projects, and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and relevant experience in process design and simulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the creation of SOPs and work instructions.
• Offer process engineering support to production and operations.
• Prepare process engineering deliverables for investment projects, including PFDs and equipment specifications.
• Act in assigned roles within capital investment projects, such as Process Engineer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in support of production processes and process optimization (required).
• Experience in process engineering including process design (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge and experience with process simulation (Aspen Engineering Suite) is preferred but not required.
