About the position

The Senior Producer, Global Production at Visa is responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and optimization of content across global social media platforms. This role is part of the Global Content Strategy, Development & Distribution team and reports to the Senior Director of Content Production. The position requires extensive experience in all stages of content production, particularly in digital and social assets, and involves collaboration with creator partners and agencies to develop best-in-class content that aligns with Visa's marketing positioning and voice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, management, and optimization of Visa's content across global social media platforms.
• Collaborate with creator partners and agencies to develop and scale content.
• Manage legal and privacy reviews of content and ensure compliance with production guidelines and contracts.
• Utilize production technology solutions to enhance collaboration across teams.
• Implement generative AI methods and best practices in content production.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• 5+ years experience in strategic roles managing social content production.
• Experience with agencies and production partners.
• Track record of achieving efficient content results in large complex organizations.
• Experience working with legal and privacy teams to support content production.

Nice-to-haves

• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.
• Extremely organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to bring fresh creative ideas to increase efficient and effective experimentation.
