About the position

The Product Advisor role at Workday focuses on ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Student and other products by collaborating with Product, Sales, and Consulting partners. This position emphasizes technical tooling and aims to drive customer success through effective deployment strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Influence the product roadmap as an advocate of Services feedback
• Coordinate alignment across diverse organizations including Product, Services, Education, Support, Strategy and Pre-Sales
• Collaborate with the broader Workday ecosystem to identify, architect and build solutions
• Drive consistency and quality through pre-configured content and standard deployment tools
• Serve as the Workday advisor for product on large scale complex deployments, escalations, and sales opportunities
• Be responsible for the high-level design and end-to-end solutions based upon product strategy and functionality and identify relevant mitigating strategies
• Collaborate with product management in customer conversations to understand the strategic direction of our Workday Student product and articulate the product vision to deployment teams through advisory services

Requirements

• 3+ years deploying or supporting Workday Student
• Demonstrable domain expertise in Studio Integrations, Orchestrate for Integrations and Extend and other relative tooling
• Ability to travel 10-20% under normal conditions
