Kenvue is currently seeking a Senior Product Analyst for its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team. This role is integral to the eCommerce Tech organization, where the successful candidate will be responsible for executing initiatives on the product roadmap that align with the brand vision and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business. The Senior Product Analyst will focus on enhancing the customer experience across various touchpoints, including on-site search, product discoverability, product listing pages (PLP), product detail pages (PDP), cart, and checkout processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong partnership with various stakeholders, showcasing a growth and ownership mindset, high learning agility, and a commitment to executing tasks with excellence. This position requires a deep understanding of the product vision and strategy, as well as the tactical execution necessary to achieve a seamless user experience. The Senior Product Analyst will be expected to support the execution of the digital product roadmap, balancing immediate priorities with future planning. In this role, the analyst will conduct data analysis to identify business opportunities, create experiments such as A/B testing, and define success measures. They will also be responsible for running and measuring the impact of these tests to continuously improve the digital experience and drive relevant metrics. The Senior Product Analyst will manage their Jira board, lead core ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Estimation, and actively participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives to support the development team. Accountability and high standards for quality are essential, as is the ability to analyze customer data, behavior, sales trends, and feedback to derive actionable insights for improvement.
