About the position

The Senior Data Analyst at the Center for Data Insights will serve as a key partner for the Service Monetization team, focusing on stakeholder management, core reporting, metric building, and experimentation. This role involves developing operational dashboards, extracting insights from large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance customer experience, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. The position requires collaboration across various teams and departments, reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources including web analytics, transactional data, customer behavior, and marketing campaigns.
• Build intuitive dashboards to identify insights from data.
• Apply statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict customer behavior, sales trends, and demand patterns.
• Translate complex data findings into concise recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, regression analysis, and other advanced statistical methods to uncover patterns and predictive insights.
• Design interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 1 year in Service Monetization.
• Experience working cross-functionally with service monetization teams.
• Understanding of metrics, funnel analysis, conversion rates, and customer segmentation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Apache Superset.
• Experience with compute and orchestration tools like Databricks and Airflow.
• Scripting and programming skills, along with SQL expertise.
• Experience with AWS services such as Redshift, Glue, and Athena.
• Ability to manage large datasets, including billions of records.
