Responsibilities

  • Use data to identify, structure, and solve critical business challenges, providing insights that lead to informed decisions.
  • Analyze user needs and market trends to guide the development of cutting-edge products.
  • Implement and manage robust tagging strategies across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Build and maintain analytics platforms that support real-time product performance insights.
  • Conduct in-depth audience analysis to uncover patterns and trends that inform product enhancements.
  • Transform complex data analyses into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product design and user research teams to ensure data-driven insights guide product design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience in analytics, with at least 2 years focused on product analytics.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, executives, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, supported by timely and accurate analysis.
  • Proficient in piecing together fragmented information, recognizing patterns, and drawing conclusions from partial data.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL and regular expressions, experimental design (e.g., A/B Testing), and handling large complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases and data warehouses/lakes.
