About the position

Schneider is seeking a Senior Product Analyst in Green Bay to execute innovation efforts aligned to the organization's strategic focus areas. The Senior Product Analyst will develop prototypes to prove out capabilities, provide critical input to the business cases, and support change management efforts. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization can adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment by leveraging data and innovative solutions. In this position, the Senior Product Analyst will assist in the rollout of projects, helping with planning, changing processes, and enforcing to-dos. The role requires the creation and execution of process audits to ensure compliance and efficiency. Establishing relationships and credibility with other members of the organization, including leaders, is essential to gain buy-in on change efforts. The analyst will capture and analyze data associated with innovation efforts, using this data to identify opportunity areas that can drive the organization forward. Additionally, the Senior Product Analyst will support workflow efforts, including mapping processes to system capabilities and helping prepare for automation. This position operates across organizational and technical boundaries to drive common approaches that deliver solutions supporting the most efficient and effective way to address business needs. The role is integral to fostering collaboration and ensuring that innovative solutions are effectively implemented throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum of five years of project-based work.
  • Experience working with cross-functional IT and business teams.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Able to develop solutions for complex and unique problems.
  • Able to influence and drive collaboration.
  • Ability and desire to work on-site, in person, at a Schneider facility as part of a team.
