About the position

Babylist is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join its analytics team. This role focuses on leveraging data to drive business decisions throughout the product life cycle, from investment modeling to analyzing product feature experiments. The Senior Product Analyst will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to enhance user experiences and support data-driven decision-making within the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data-driven decisions are made during all aspects of the product life cycle.
• Design, execute, and analyze product feature experiments that drive value.
• Create and maintain high-level dashboards to monitor business performance, product, and user experience.
• Partner with product managers to develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, priorities, and requirements on a daily basis.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or a related field.
• University degree in a STEM-related field with above-average academic performance.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with SQL.
• Competent in Python for data analysis.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
