The Senior Product Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of product management and analysis, particularly within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, with a proven track record of leading requirements capture, management, and analysis activities throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle. The Senior Product Analyst will work closely with customers, users, and other contractors to gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical, and non-technical requirements. This role demands excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met. In this position, the Senior Product Analyst will conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and user research, facilitating usability testing to gather feedback and refine requirements. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and creating Change Requests in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role also involves crafting user stories and requirement documents that adhere to project standards and guidance, ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with the agile methodology, specifically Scrum and Kanban. The Senior Product Analyst will collaborate with development and testing teams to implement requirements as per functional specifications, providing clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders. This position requires a proactive approach to support change control processes that monitor and control project scope, ensuring that the product vision is maintained throughout the development process. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers, maintaining professionalism at all times.
