About the position

The Senior Product Analyst will support the Investment Product Management Team at Natixis Investment Managers by managing various marketing and client reporting functions. This role involves completing requests for product information and enhancing the production and coordination of key deliverables such as RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, along with a robust understanding of the investment industry and experience with multiple investment vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the completion of key deliverables.
• Work across the Product Group to enhance workflow and streamline production of client deliverables and marketing collateral.
• Document existing processes utilized to produce product and related data that is utilized in foundational materials.
• Identify and recommend process improvement in the collection of data from various sources across the enterprise to automate data sources.
• Work with other business units, affiliates and vendors to streamline workflow such as technology, marketing, data intelligence group, etc.
• Assist with planning and tactical implementation of projects.
• Build project plans and communicate milestones regularly to key collaborators.
• Represent the department at different standing meetings within the organization - identifying and communicating key issues and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the asset management industry
• Strong investment product knowledge and an understanding of investment and market concepts
• Client-centric focus
• Demonstrated leadership and business insight
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Proven problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to foster and maintain a positive, constructive working environment
