About the position

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Machine Learning Operations Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in transforming visions into market-ready products. This position involves navigating complex challenges to ensure smooth product delivery and support change initiatives, contributing significantly to your career growth and innovation journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
• Builds strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication.
• Partners with Product Owners (PO's) / Area Product Owners (APO's) and delivery leadership to confirm impacts and scope across teams.
• Plans and delivers proper execution of product roadmap to align to the product budget and ensuring team availability.
• Manages release communication.
• Supports the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement across the team in order to drive efficiencies and improve the overall effectiveness of agile.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution.
